Unfussy Lemon Tahini Dressing for the Table

This weekend we’re traveling a few hours away to celebrate Stephen’s nephew’s 1st birthday (yay!). The rest of the weekend will be spent (finally) beginning baby Britnell’s nursery! We’re planning to keep it pretty simple. I ordered the crib this morning and we’ll be painting the walls soon. I have my eyes on a truly fine fiddle leaf fig tree at the farmer’s market because what nursery is complete without a giant tree!? (that’s sarcasm but Worth keeping all the house plants).

I’ve been doing my go-to to eat healthy lately. Healthy to me= having a nice hefty side salad with your 3 slices of pizza. Good balance is the key:)

I’ve also been trying to eat foods with less ingredients in them. While A regular here a good store bought caesar dressing (my REGULAR actually), making my own at home sometimes is also pretty good. Like this lemon tahini dressing! It’s TRULY unfussy to make, unless dumping some ingredients in a jar and shaking it together is too difficult for you. And, it lasts in the fridge for a while. I’m a pretty big fan of nutritional yeast so end up with quite a bit of it in my dressings. But, you could surely put a bit less in yours if it’s not your thing.

That’s it for today! We like to keep it short and sweet around here on Fridays so that (maybe) the weekend will get here a bit sooner:) Hope it’s a good one, friends!
