How to Make Vegan Corn Fritters

One of my go-to parts about this method is how incredibly straightforward it is! All of the ingredients get mixed together in one large bowl which is pretty much all of the work that this method requires.

Oil is heated in a large skillet and the batter is spooned right into the skillet and slightly flattened out to create the fritters. They’re fried for 3-4 minutes on each side to get them a nice golden brown color. Once they’re crispy on both sides, they’re ready to eat after cooling off ever so slightly. SO STRAIGHTFORWARD, right?

The Del Monte® Fresh Cut® Golden Sweet Corn Cream Style in this dish is largely what make the fritters so flavor-packed and I can’t wait for you to try them!
