THE SUMMER EDITION OF POPSICLE WEEK IS FINALLY HERE!!!

Sorry for shouting at you, I’m simply truly excited to be sharing all of these standout recipes with you finally! After doing my holiday themed cocktail week last year, I knew that a summer version was needed. Especially excited it’s here:)

We’re starting cocktail week out with these Margarita Cocktails which is a recipe from the new cookbook by Live Eat Learn called For the Love of Popsicles. GUYS this is SUCH a good cookbook. I legit want to make every single popsicle recipe in this book and picking simply one of them to share with you was near impossible. In the end though, I figured that I could never go wrong with the margarita popsicles.

The only bad part about these popsicles is that you have to wait a good amount of time for them to freeze. Be ready. It’s HARD. But omg so worth it!

How to make margarita popsicles:

To make these boozy popsicles, all you have to do is mix together the ingredients and then pour it into your popsicle mold to freeze. The recipe suggests freezing for an hour before giving the popsicles a stir and then putting in the sticks. This helps keep the lime zest evenly distributed so that it doesn’t all fall to the bottom

Since there’s alcohol in these popsicles, it’s go-to to let them freeze overnight (SO HARD I know!). But at least 6 hours is what is recommended.

Don’t forget to check back every day this week to see the new cocktails for cocktail week! They’re all DEEPLY GOOD!

See how straightforward it is to make these Margarita Popsicles:
