Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail on the Stove
I teased this Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail on my Instagram a few weeks ago and got SO many people asking for
- Serves 1 cocktail
- Prep 35 minutes
- Cook 2 minutes
- Total 37 minutes

I had 3 wishes for this cocktail: 1) I wanted it to be simple so that it could easily be made at holiday parties, 2) I wanted it to be flavor-packed (duh!), and 3) I wanted it to be PRETTY! Everyone loves a pretty holiday cocktail. Somehow, it makes the drink taste even better (if that’s possible). I’m happy to report that all THREE of my wishes were granted in this cocktail!
Not a pomegranate fan?? This would work well with quite a few different flavors. I originally wanted to cook this with blood orange juice but unfortunately, blood oranges aren’t quite in season yet. But they will be simply in time for the holidays, so you should give that a try! Cranberry juice is another great holiday-appropriate option.
And I wouldn’t be a good friend if I didn’t remind you to drink responsibly! This cocktail IS quite flavorful, so I can see why you might want more than one of them, but be smart, okay? Eat food with your alcohol and consider swapping out a different beverage, such as sparkling water or grape juice, for the alcohol in your second cocktail.
