We’re going to keep things SHORT and sweet today:)

I found a cheap bottle of peppermint vodka while at the liquor store a few weeks ago and instantly knew what needed to happen with it: THIS Peppermint White Russian

It’s simple to make and SO ridiculously good! The reliable little holiday cocktail.

How to make a VEGAN White Russian:

I know that a lot of you are going to be curious how I’ve made this cocktail vegan. Traditionally, a white Russian is made with heavy creamy or half and half.

My suggestion for make this dairy free is to simply use a vegan heavy cream or plain creamer. I’ve tried this once with a can of coconut cream and it turned out nice but did have a particularly distinct coconut flavor.

You could also use almond or oat milk etc but those are significantly thinner and won’t have quite the same creaminess of a long-used White Russian.
