Today we’re making the MOST UNFUSSY Cranberry Sauce right in your pressure cooker! I’ve partnered up with The Crock-Pot brand one last time this year using their 10 QT Crock-Pot® Express Unfussy Steam Release Pressure Cooker to cook this satisfying recipe!
Thanks for supporting the brands that make possible!
Are you a fan of cranberry sauce? For YEARS I hated it but that was only because the cranberry sauce I was eating was canned and simply not as good as kitchen-made. Once I tried a fresh, made at home, version of cranberry sauce, I was instantly OBSESSED!
If you’ve never tried it, t’s SO SO unfussy to make at home so you can go ahead and ditch those canned cranberries:D

It’s especially unfussy when you make it in a pressure cooker. It’s purely a ‘dump-everything-in’ and stir kind of recipe and A regular here it for that. I made the recipe particularly scalable so that you can make a small portion of it or adjust the recipe to make it for a large crowd.
This is especially unfussy to do in the 10 QT Crock-Pot Express since it holds so much at once. You can truly make a TON of cranberry sauce if you need to.

Something else that I genuinely like about the Crock-Pot Express is that you can release the pressure while keeping your hands away from the hot steam with the Unfussy Release Steam Dial. The dial is conveniently located a little to the side so that you can turn it with ease and not worry that you’re going to get blasted by hot steam.

The GO-TO part to me about this kitchen appliance: it’s a pressure cooker AND slow cooker in one! I was originally hesitant to buy one because I didn’t know if I had the space. But with the slow cooker built in as well, it’s reliable and takes up no more space in my kitchen! LOVE!
If you’ve been considering buying a pressure cooker, I HIGHLY recommend the Crock-Pot Express. You can learn more and pick yours up at Target HERE.

As for the cranberry sauce: it’s as unfussy as dumping everything into the pressure cooker, stirring, and setting the device to high pressure for simply 2 minutes and then letting it natural release for about 10 minutes. Remember that it takes the pressure cooker about 10 minutes to come up to pressure and start cooking.
What you need for Pressure Cooker Orange Cranberry Sauce:
- fresh cranberry
- orange zest and juice
- maple syrup
- sugar
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
All simple and unfussy to find ingredients!
If you’ve never tried making cranberry sauce at home, do yourself a HUGE favor and try this dish ASAP! I promise you’ll like it SO MUCH more than the canned stuff;)
